At Georgia Outdoor Furniture, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Because many of our products are custom ordered or shipped directly from manufacturers, our return policy differs from that of traditional retail stores. Please review the following policy before placing your order.
1. Showroom Samples & Clearance Items (Final Sale)
All showroom floor samples, display models, clearance merchandise, closeout items, and products sold "As-Is" are FINAL SALE.

Customers are encouraged to inspect showroom merchandise prior to purchase. By purchasing a showroom sample or "As-Is" item, you acknowledge and accept its condition.
2. Standard Merchandise Returns

Customer Pick-Up and Third-Party Delivery

Once merchandise has been picked up by the customer or the customer's designated representative, all risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. If a customer elects to use a third-party carrier, moving company, delivery service, or any other transportation provider, that provider is deemed to be acting on the customer's behalf. Georgia Outdoor Furniture is not responsible for any loss, damage, scratches, dents, breakage, missing parts, delays, or other issues that occur after the merchandise has been released to the customer or the customer's designated pickup or delivery service.
